We report a matched pair of fluorescent probes for selective visualization of the active vs. inactive state of CB2R

A highly collaborative effort led to the discovery of agonist- and inverse agonist-based fluorescent probes for imaging the cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2R). Our probes allow to distinguish the active from the inactive CB2R population in cells and tissues.

Find out more about the development of our probes and their application to shed light on the endocannabinoid system: https://doi.org/10.1039/D4SC00402G
