Roman Shobik

Roman studied Medicinal Cybernetics at Pirogov Medical University in Moscow. To perform his graduate thesis he joined Dr. Schmigol's and Prof. Lagunin's group. In his M.D. thesis, Roman combined cellular biology techniques with mathematical modelling to investigate anticancer drug activity. Since December 2023, he has been doing research on tight junction protein function under the supervision of Dr. Lehmann and Prof. Haucke.
