M.Sc.
During my chemistry studies in Hanover and Leipzig, I conducted research in the field of organic chemistry on the total synthesis of natural products and the development of asymmetric organocatalytic methods. A subsequent internship at Bayer AG in Wuppertal awakened my interest in chemical biology and strengthened my resolve to continue my career in this field of research. This led me to the FMP in Berlin, where I am now working on my doctorate in the Hackenberger group. The focus is on the further development of the P(V) platform, which can be used for the bioconjugation of proteins and antibodies. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors - hiking, running, cycling or motorcycling.
