The audit berufundfamilie has certified the FMP as a family-friendly employer since 2013. As such, the FMP examines its own implementation structures with regard to equal opportunities and work-life balance and reviews the effectiveness of these through regular assessments of the institute's statistics and staff surveys. If necessary, it develops new measures in participatory processes. Since 2023, the FMP has been certified as a long-standing certificate holder with distinction.
