Prof. Dr.
Volker Haucke hat Biochemie in Berlin und Basel studiert und an der Yale Universität, an der Universität Göttingen sowie an der Freien Universität Berlin geforscht. Seit 2012 ist er Direktor am Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP), Professor für Pharmakologie an der Freien Universität Berlin und Mitglied des Exzellenzclusters NeuroCure. Er nimmt eine international führende Stellung in der Molekularen Zell- und Neurobiologie ein und wurde mit zahlreichen wissenschaftlichen Preisen wie u.a. dem Feldberg Preis 2020 ausgezeichnet.
